9/27（木）夜囲碁のレポートです。

Hello everyone,
Maybe some people nice to meet you.
I’m Pandora. The owner of Hidamari.
This is a report of Night Go in 27th Sep.

今回は11名の方にご参加頂きました。
ありがとうございました。

We had 11 guests last night.
Thanks.

この日は日中からアメリカの大学生が団体でいらっしゃり、
1日通して英語を使い続ける1日でした。
Today, 5 univercity students from California came to Hidamari at noon.
I used English all day.

アメリカ西海岸は、工業系の学校が多いためか、
囲碁が結構盛んだとおっしゃっていました。
My frineds said there are many tech school in west America.
That’s why Go is common in that area.

今までヨーロッパのお客さまばかりでしたが、
最近はアメリカ人の方でも囲碁に興味を持つ方が増えてきました。
The number of American customers has increased now.

今回は5名のうち1人しか囲碁を打てる方がいなかったのですが、
もう1人がやりたいといって、
さらにそのレクチャーを観ていた別の二人も教えてほしいと声をかえてくれました。
By the way, there was only 1 person out of 5 people who could play Go.
Other frineds just watched his playing and 4 guests began to learn Go at the end.

興味を持った時に「私もやりたい！」と素直に主張するのをみて、
アメリカ人のストレートさは見ていて気持ちが良かったです。
I really liked their mind.
If someone is intersted in something new, they said “I would like to try”.
Most of Japanese feel embaress when they try new things.
Because they fear failure.

今後も、たくさんの国の方との出会いがあることに、
心躍る毎日です。

I’m looking forward to see many guests from all over the world.
